Project Jade

Project Jade is a local, offline AI companion built in Godot, and yes, it actually lives on your machine. It talks to a locally-running Ollama model: no cloud API, no API keys, nothing ever leaves your computer. The relationship system is the real hook: affinity, arousal, mood, and boundaries all shift based on the AI's own in-character judgment, not a keyword list pretending to understand you. Dynamic portrait art reacts live to how things are actually going between you two.

Currently in active development (v0.1). Buy once, keep forever: every future update is yours automatically, no subscription, no extra charge. Price may increase as the game gets more complete. Get in early.

What you get:

• A full relationship system: affinity (hate to love), arousal, mood, and boundary/creep tracking, all driven by the AI's own in-character judgment
• 5 curated scenario presets (Newly Activated AI, Boss, Roommate, Sex Worker, Childhood Friend), each with its own personality, opening lore, and kink/limit catalog. 20 total planned across development
• Dynamic pixel-art portraits that shift with Jade's mood and where your relationship actually stands
• Background music and a full Options screen: music/SFX volume, autosave, and full English/Spanish language support
• Full Jade Config: customize how she refers to you, plus physical characteristics like skin tone, hair color, hair length, and eye color
• Personality sliders in About Me: tune Jade on three axes, Sweet↔Rude, AI↔Human, and Submissive↔Dominant, for a companion that fits how you actually want things to go
• Difficulty tiers: Trivial, Easy, Realistic, Hard, and Hardcore. The game plays very differently depending on where you set this
• Named save slots and cross-session memory recall. Jade remembers

System requirements worth knowing: about 6 GB of free disk space for the models. A decent GPU is recommended if you want to run the Media model at a good speed. Everything else is handled by the bundled game files.
